Join us for a reflective, hands-on workshop exploring what American independence means in 2026

Inspired by the tradition of commonplace books, participants will begin creating their own collections of quotations, images, and reflections connected to the nation’s 250th anniversary. Attendees will receive a notebook and materials to get started, along with insights from participating scholars—fostering creative expression, thoughtful engagement, and meaningful civic reflection.
