A year ago, a white supremist opened fire in a Sikh temple killing and injuring 11 peaceful people at prayer. The son of one of the victim’s has paired up with a former white supremist to form Serve2Unite, an organization which works with youth to build bridges between faiths. What a beautiful example of turning a history of ignorance and violence into an opportunity for enlightenment and peace.
